Prior to beginning her MA at Georgetown, Kelsey worked as a Content and Multimedia Producer for the House of Representatives, and held advocacy communications and television production positions in Washington, DC and Berlin, Germany.
She graduated magna cum laude with a BA in Honors German and Communication Studies from the University of Michigan.
